Indiaproperty.com is a cheat and fraud website.
A person (ashish) from indiaproperty.com called me up to take an advertisement for my warehouse. I informed him that his website is mainly about residential. But he informed me that he has 2 live enquiries for my property which he will forward to me if I advertise with him. Further Once I paid for the advertisement their website will promote and keep promoting my advertisement, they will also flash sms'es to their registered consumers which is nearly 200000 in numbers. They will do all activities possible to ensure that my property is sighted every time somebody looks for commercial property for lease in pune.
Once the money was paid, they only called me at the end of 3 months (the tenure of my advertisement) for renewal of my advertisement.
During those 3 months when I checked on their website 4 - 5 times to view my advertisement, I myself could not view the advertisement.
