[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — Bad quality product, worst customer service | |||||
I have ordered saree from indiarush website and the saree i got was horrible material was so bad, then i requested the return, they didn't send any pickup and ask us to dispatch, and we dispatched also but the courier people told the address is not appropriate, so i requested indiarush to help in the same they asked me to send with another courier, and there customer executive were very rude and non cooperative, just making me spend money and very irresponsible. Their customer executive told that they have registered the complain but their is no response from their executive. Was this information helpful? | |||||
