India rush is fake company, they have not paid our payment from last 8 years, we have try to contact them many time but they are not responding, please help us. Seller name - Shree Mauli Creation

We are online seller, they not paid our sold products payment....

Indiarush / Arnit Retail, has not paid there seller dues of delivered products to customers, after 100s of email communications, they people are not responding, its almost 2 years back, lots of seller have not receive there sold products payment, requesting the authority to please help us to get our payment.

I did work with indiarush with a good hope to do business with but after some time they started stopping the payments of the product we were selling on the marketplace and at the last time stopped my 5436 rs. Which was tolled by the company and still i didn't get the money.
There for please take a action on this company and bring my money back.

We were seller on www.indiarush.com.our name is Omkar Narbada Group Jaipur. Brand name is WHIY & INGA.
We were selling women's ethnic wear on it. We receive orders through indiarush.com / Arnit Retails Pvt. Ltd. and payment term written on agreement that is orders received order date to 60 days. But payment was never made on time. We have all the payments pending since feb 2018. i was visited there office 2-3 they always make promise my payments but yet iam waiting for the same. The amount of Approx Rs. 1.20 Lac and They are not replying us on email as well on phone calls also they can block on her mobile also. Customer care number also not replying and not one responsible for payments.

This is regarding my order number:[[protected]] which i have returned back to indiarush.com due to color and quality issue and they are giving me my refund as store credit. I don't need any store credit. I need my refund back in my bank account as don't want to buy anything again from this site. Ur site is currently under maintenance last 5 to 6 month.

So pls help me getting my refund of rs (734+661)=1395 to my bank account.

Indiarush take order after successful payment but not handige/ despatch material they are doing fraud business even they are not responsible on phone calls and email too.

My order no is [protected] and order date is 8 may 2019 of Simra Polyester & Crepe Cream ST105 Printed Long Sleeves Top - L but till June14 '2019 we can't receive material & now we are hopeless.

What we do please suggest.

I have placed an order on 15th May 19, and also a confirmation mail received mentioning "Your Order with IndiaRush.com [protected] has been successfully placed!" .it was a pre paid order in which I order 2 Kurtis .only one received yet .where is another one. Please let me update on same or refund amount.since ur website is under mentenance m unable to get any information.

Sir humne 4 mahine pehle online womens clothing store india rush pe se ek kurta order karaya tha par uski size fit nai thi isliye return karaya tha uski cost 658 rupees thi jab unka sellsmen product lene aaya tub humne paise vapas karne ko kaha usne kaha ki paise apko 1 hafte ke andar credit kiye jayenge par aaj dinank tak paise vapas nahi kiye gaye aur jis no.se hum unhe call karte the ab vah number band ho gaya aur site nai chal rahi unhune hume kaha tha ki agar paise nai aaye to dusra order mangvalena par site nahi khul rahi pls humari complane par dhyan de aur compony ke virudh uchit karyavahi karte hue 4 mahine ka byaj sahit refund karvane ka kasht kare

I placed an order on april month. Its a kurta. Until now I didn't receive the order. First time when i called they said some technical issue and order will be delivered in a week. After a month I tried calling but no one is lifting the call. I need my kurta else please transfer my money back.

Please refund money or deliver my order asap. At least try to attend the customer call and respond them.

In case bad quality your product. I returned your product (Kurti) 14 may 2019. Till date amount not refund me. And not any call from your side. So how i shall get my money. I requested to you online but not reply from your side. You said that till time your system was not working properly. And your response anle person contact me shortly and sloved this problem. So i request to you please send my money as early as possible.

I ordered for the purchase of a saree from the online portal indiarush.com on jan 2019. Details below.

After it was delivered, i found that the kurties was not of the same quality as being shown in their online portal. I have raised a return request with them regarding this too and they got it picked up immediately

But subsequent investigations in online pages like facebook reveals that they have stolen the display picture of the kurti being sold from other sellers, whose quality is far superior. This means that they are tricking the indiarush customers to buy a product by putting up a superior looking photo, stolen from other pages.

Also, indiarush doesn't credit the money back to our bank account and keep saying that it will come in 2 days we have called minimum 10 times ecery time they say it will come in 2 days it will com in 2 day but its 5 months now no refund

I feel really cheated and i wish the following actions to be taken, which they are refusing to do as of now.
1. Indiarush crediting the amount we spent to our bank account.

I request the consumer forum to take necessary action immediately and stop this site from selling products with fraudulent details.

Not received a product since last one and a half month. They keep saying that their website has a problem and that it will be delivered in 2-3 days but they don't. Now after multiple calls, and this much time, they stopped picking up the phone. I had already paid 1200 for the product and they're not even willing to refund it back if they can't deliver it. Now there's no contact from the company. This huge amount of money is now stuck with them.

Earlier I had complained for my order in Indiarush..Yesterday I had received mail from this site that they had proceed my complain to company. Today I received a mail stating they want to solve the issue on telephonic conversation. But they did fraud-ism and deduct my money.Telephone number- +91-[protected]

I just want to know how my complaints details, email-id reached to them?

I had ordered a saree on 7th may 2019. Next day they had called me to confirm the order. The item reached to my place at 12 may 2019. Because i wasn't satisfied with quality and color, i requested for return and talked to their customer executive. They told me that money will be first refunded as indiarush credit after in bank account. But no one has come yet to pick up item nor their phone is reachable also i had mailed them 5-6 times but there is not satisfactory reply. The reply, i got, is automated reply. I am trying to call them regularly but all this is in vain.

Now i want them to pick item (Saree) and refund my money directly into my account)

I purchased one kurta from indiarush, however the quality was very bad, i raised request for return, they picked the order but not giving the rfund, i called them almost everyday but they are not responding.

It's already more than a month, but still they are not refunding the amount, kurta was cost me 1049 courier charges was

After so many mails and calls they are not giving any response, but now they even not picking call and nor responding over email.

Kindly take this necessary action again them and help me to get my money back.

This is 3rd time i am complaining about indiarush.com / arnet retail, we are continues follow up with this company, they people only giving commitment to us but not paying from last 2 months (Jan 2018 till date). I am small seller, if we are not getting our payment every month then how we will survive? How we will run our business? Indiarush.com / arnet retail has harassing vendors by not paying of there monthly dues, our shop name "shree mauli creation".

There is no any responsible person for our issues in indiarush.com, no one is pickup calls, no one replying our emails, even director ignoring our complaints.

Please help us to get payment as early as possible, we hope there are lots of vendors still waiting for there payment from last many more months, please help all o[censored]s to get our money.

We were selling women's ethnic wear on it. So we receive payments after we receive orders from indiarush.com and payment term written on agreement says that sale made from 1st to 31st of any given month, payment of them shall be made on last day next month. E. G. Payments of orders of 1st jan to 31st jan shall be made on 28th feb. But payment was never made on time. We have all the payments pending from feb. They are not replying us on email as well on phone calls.

I am a seller @ indiarush.com (Registered name : arnit retail pvt ltd - new delhi)

I am registered seller and have all legal documents of my company.

I haven't received payment for product delivered/sold a year ago. I am trying to connect with their executives but not getting any response from any of company executives.

I have googled related this issue and found many seller and customer complains for same.

I have all proof of goods delivered and invoices generated.

If you aren't able to complete what you have promised, please shutdown your portal. This is looking like a complete fraud. I am also looking for rest of legal ways to resolve this issue.

Please kindly look into this matter and get resolved to avoid legal actions as soon as possible.

I was a seller at indiarush with the name of pankhudi creations according to their company policy they pay to the vendor in 60 days but they had not given any payment of any of sales done from their website from day one, its been an year now, i was following amrit and everytime she replies it will be done, but when they never tell, the due amount is of around 10000 approx. It looks like they are in no mood to do any payment.

Please help.
