[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — Credit assigned did not get adjusted and debited entire money | |||||
I had returned a lehenga and was assigned credits of Rs1999. However when i tried to place a new order worth Rs 2699 using the credit amount it not only debited the credit amount but also debited the entiere Rs2699 from my savings account as i tried for a prepaid order. This is highly unacceptable and expect to be refunded. No credit will work this time. Such inconvinience is not at all appreciated. Was this information helpful? | |||||
