[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — Different saree sent as opposed to the one advertised

This is the umpteenth number of time that I am trying to contact the customer care. Your phone number is never picked up by anyone. I received a completely different product than what I ordered. I have already submitted the photo of the defect on the returns section of your website, but I still get mails asking me to do the same. I received a message saying that I will get a call, but I haven't gotten one yet. It's been 5 days.

If you people cannot keep your back end updated and keep sending mails for updates from me, then I will have to move the Consumer Court because of your pathetic service. Kindly get in touch with me in earnest, or else I will have no other option.

Looking forward to finishing this return as soon as possible.

Updated by purnima98 I have sent the product 7 days ago. I have also uploaded the photo of the courier receipt in the return request. How long does it take you guys to update something? Will I get a refund or will I see you in the Consumer Court?
