[Resolved]  IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — Money not refunded since last 2 month

I already had opened a case and they not even refund my money mark my case as resolved. That girl pooja rana who called me not picking her phone and number is - [protected] and her email id is - pooja. [protected]@indiarush.com, even i mailed to ceo of this company rahi jain and his email id - [protected]@indiarush.com, even he don't have time to read customer's email and their problem.
I ordered a georgette pink machine work semi stitched lehenga - 7sh65 of worth around 1450/-, after i received the quality of lehenga was not good as it was seen in website and i returned the product. But its has been more than 2 months over still i have not received my money yet. When i call customer care every time they will say you will get your money in 2 and 5-6 working days. Now i have finally decided to file a consumer complaint. Request other friends never ever try to purchase anything from indiarush website. They are a big fraud company. They makes me mentally depressed order number[protected] indiarush customer care number-[protected]
