[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — No refund for returned item no store credit either | |||
Returned a garment (order[protected] on Feb 25th. the shipment has been delivered to the vendor, still no refund has been given only excuses. everytime i call the answer is "give it 24 - 48 hours more !) This is very frustrating and I will never never buy from this company again. Their CEO (Mr. Jain) very nice in talking but zero in action. Trying to be like an American company by stealing their customer service "Jargon" but no actual action. I would call them "DELHI KE THUG" Was this information helpful? | |||
