[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — No refund for the defective saree | |||||
On 12th December 2015, i had ordered Saree from Indirush order No.[protected]. They used celebrity photos to promote and when i received the actual saree it was completely different and defective as well. I had put a return request and they said they do not collect the return. I had self couriered it on 11.01.2016. for just one month i was doing followup to get confirmation from their end that they received saree on . They didnt accept it that they recieved saree. Then after following up with the courier service and constant follow up with India rush they confirmed that they recieved it on 28.01.2016. On 17th Feb 2016 they asked for my bank account details, Everytime they told me that refund is initiated and i will get it within 3-4 days. I have spoken to their executives namely, Divya, Deepika, Piyush, Nirmal, etc, they all bluffed the same thing that it will be done.Deepika said on 17th February 2016 i will get my refund.But all fake promises. I have been calling them everyday after which i complained about them to consumer forum, later Indiarush people asked for my cancelled cheque, I gave them on 8th March 2015 (same day itself after speaking to their executive Mr. Nirmal) From 8th March till date again I started my follow up on phone call. but all their executives are just bluffing that it is in process and will be done in 3-4 days. I had found out The co founder of indiarush (Mr. Rahi Jain) and messaged him on social networking site but again all efforts in vain. I just need my refund from Indiarush on immediate basis. Why is there still no update on my complain. Whereas on the same date rest all the customer have been updated about the complained.
