IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — Not issuing refund | |||
Indiarush is a most dispicible company i have ever dealt with. In august 2015, i ordered six sarees from indiarush. Only one was worth keeping so i returned five of them to the vendor they came from. While returning item #1016 i could not complete the return request on line as they were having problems with their website so i was told to request the return via an email. So i did just that. I returned item #1016 along with #1014 which had come from the same vendor (Tiana creation) in the same pkg.Indiarush staff : dipika, pankaj, mr. Raj, yogesh, piyush, mr. Tomar all kept telling me that i will be getting my refund. I have been fighting to be compensated for my returned items for nine months. I still haven't received a refund for the saree #1016 for which the return was requested by email. Now they are just denying the fact i returned that item, yet they received item #1014! Have you tried calling indiarush? I have made upto 50 calls a day and still not gotten through to them. The customer service staff keep apologising and promise you action but nothing gets done. There is never a supervisor or manager or anyone with authority to speak to. Just look at there reviews on consumer complaint... Let us see what arnit retail do. Was this information helpful? | |||
