I am waiting for a refund on returned articles on oder #[protected] since September 2015! First of all it is almost impossible to get through to India Rush as their phones are always busy - if by chance you do get through to their customer service, the staff keep apologizing, some promise to call back and don't, don't answer emails, and seem very incompetent. They supposedly issued me two refund cheques in January 2016 that were dated September (already stale!!) that never arrived! A customer service rep Piyush promised to rectify their error ... I am still waiting!! India Rush is the most incompetent company i have ever done business with. Their product is very substandard. To use up my credit I placed an order[protected] for a top R.580(free shipping for orders over R.500) however, I was still charged shipping since I was using my India Rush credit. Nowhere in their policy can I find where it says you will be charged shipping if you use your credit points! I wrote to them and am still waiting for a reply. That was last month.
