I have ordered sarees from indiarush website and the saree i got was horrible material was so bad, then i requested the return, they approved.Then i shipped it by my own and still there is no update.I have already submitted the photo of the courier tracking number on the returns section of your website, I received a message saying that I will get a call, but I haven't gotten one yet. It's been one week. I called customer care several times they didnt pick up my calls.till now I have not got my refund to my bank account I want my money back...if you people cannot keep your back end updated i will have to move the Consumer Court because of your pathetic service.
