Dear sir,
I had placed an order on 27.09.2017, order id:[protected] and the expected delivery date was 04.10.2017. I wrote and even called the customer care to kindly deliver the product before 04th as i am leaving india on 5th oct.
I canceled the order on the night of 4 oct as the product didn't reach to me as per the delivery schedule. On 5 oct i was not available in delhi. When i checked my account it shows the product has been delivered to me. On 6oct i wrote and i requested to customer care to kindly clarify the things and process the refund against the product.
On 11th oct, i again wrote a mail narrating everything again. But no response from indiarush. Again on 16th oct i wrote a mail and requested to at least bother to reply the customer.
On 16oct i have a received a response "we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your case to our concerned team, we will try to resolve it at the earliest".
On 20th oct i have a received a response "we would like to inform you that as per courier update the product has already been delivered and for the reference, you may check attached proof of delivery".in this list against my name, 2 persons have put their signature which is not readable.
On 21st oct i again wrote that when i had canceled the order why the delivery has been made? Secondly, why the courier person didn't call me before delivering the product to an unknown person? Thirdly, when nobody was available at my place why the product has been handed over to an unknown person?
But i have not received any response to the queries put by me. After several correspondences and writing several times to customer care finally i have a received a response on 7th nov as "we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that we have checked with courier company and the parcel was handed to your warden of narmada hostel. Please check with the warden as she has taken the product and same has been confirmed by our courier team."
On 8th nov i again wrote my address is 1015, narmada residences not narmada hostel. I am not residing in a hostel. It is my request to collect the product as i don't know anybody in the hostel. I also requested to arrange the pick up of the product. After reaching india on 18th nov i called several times regarding this issue also communicated my contact nos through the mail and also to the customer care executives.

On 27th nov through customer care executives i had a word with courier person and explained that he has delivered a product to the wrong address. After that, i received a response "as we had a word with you, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded this case to our concern team and they will be notified you as soon as possible.".
After this mail, i have not received any response from indiarush team. It has been two months the indiarush team is neither able to answer the queries put up by me nor replying to me.
Sir, this is the second time i am experiencing trouble with indiarush. Kindly sort out the matter and also the dates and correspondences can be verified.
