[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — Return of goods | |||||
I ordered some dresses from Indiarush.com however due to the degraded quality of the material I decided to return them the very next day. Since then all I have been doing is followup with Indiarush. They are asking me upload the receipt of courier and when I arrange for the courier, he never shows up. He passes my house but does not pick up the courier package. I have sent so many emails but in vain. I got an apology email from their CEO Rahi Jain as well but no action was taken after that. I can submit more details if needed.
