[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — Returning of the damaged product | |||||
Dear concern, this is to bring to your notice order no #[protected] the dress material which was received on dated 12th aug 2016, since then i am trying to call them in their no [protected] india rush, no one is taking my call, and its showing switch off. I had to escalate the case through mail from 12th aug till date, everytime i am getting an automatic system mail saying that my return is been processed. Its been almost 12 days still i havent got any respond from them and i have also asked them in mail i need their ceo contact details to raise this complaint. Any how i need my amount 1650 back and i want this product to move out from me. Or else i had to complaint legally through lawyer and they have to face the consequence. I have ordered the product on 6th Aug. And i received it today..but the product i receive is completly different than what i ordered..kindly replace it as soon as possible..order no.[protected]...pls take urgent action...

I have not received the refund of rupees 1799 till date. This order eas places one and half month back. The service of this indiarush is very disgusting. No proper response to mail and the customer care number provided on the website is engaged all the time. This site is really a joke.
