[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — Selling defective product | |||
I had ordered 2 sarees for my mother.there were two big holes in the saree.when i requested for refund they asked 2 photos, which i uploaded.later a customer care lady called on my moms no.and saying "aap dekh lo phir" as if they dont care for customers.i wasted 2000rs for it.guys dont ever buy from these cheap stores.they are manipulating people by giving third class stock.which is defective.still it had been 3 days.i am hoping for the return person boy to take that defective piece.beware buy from good genuine site as they dont have refund policy.they will either exchange or give credits in there account.forcing you to buy from them again.
