[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — Unable to place order on this app although money debited from my account | |||||
I have faced these issues for 3rd time. So please try to resolve these issues immediately within 24hrs. 1. Although COD is available for the items (which I have saved in my cart) but during placing the order COD option is not showing (Internet banking/debit card/credit card - these options are showing) 2. When I placed the order through online payment, money debited from my account but in this app it showed me payment unsuccessful. 3. Although payment made unsuccessful, indiarush credits debited from my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
