[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — [Urgent] No refund received | |||||
Order number[protected]. I had ordered a lehenga from indiarush, but what i received was a totally different piece. I had immediately returned the item, which has been received by the seller. But i have not got any confirmation regarding the refund. The amount has not been refunded in cash or as credits. The policy assures refund in some way, but they have not been responsive so far. The customer care number is absolutely useless. No one picks up the phone. And no one has replied to the emails i've sent. This behavior is just ridiculous. And if i don't receive any confirmation for the same in a day or two, i might have to take some serious action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
