[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — Very bad customer care services and no money refund on return. | |||
Order no.[protected]:Georgette Blue Digital Print Frock(Dress Style-A1761) Is been returned more than a week back.I was asked to upload the return courier receipt on the India rush portal. When m trying to do so, i am not getting any submit option on the site. I have written many mails to customer care, but it seems no one is bothered to take care of problems faced by customers. A single customer care no is there which is always busy no matter how many times the customer call. My money is with you and you don't even care to return them back. The indiarush website has a problem that i m not able to upload the return courier receipt. What kind of customer satifaction is this? Was this information helpful? | |||
