[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — wrong product was delivered | |||||
Hi, I received a wrong order and on return after several calls and attempts, the courier picked it up. I got store credits. But how can I trust the website again? I need refund. I do not want store credits. I want the money to be transferred to my bank account. I had sent an e-mail asking for the refund. Also, I was forced to check on store credit as there was no refund option available. I had mentioned that in my comments section. I do not trust the website again.
