Hi,
I have ordered a semi stitched material, Order #[protected] which i want to return it now due to its worst quality. Can you please let me know the process to return the product.

I have ordered this as a guest, let me know the process to return the product.
Tried reaching you on the customer care number (+91 [protected]) many times but was not successful. Very worst site to get the details of returning the product. And very bad customer care where number is never reachable.

Hi,

Got a mail confirmation mail that my complaint has been forwarded to Arnit Retail Pvt. Ltd. customer service. And it has been mentioned that, i would be receiving a reply from company representative within "SEVERAL DAYS". Can i know how many days does this "SEVERAL DAYS" Mean. I have got the order on Monday (14-Mar-2016) and have to return it within 15 days(28-Mar-2015).

Actually, I would like to give rating as WORST. but could not find that option here...
