[Resolved] IndiaRush — Credit points not received | |||
This regarding the order no#Order #[protected]. I had ordered a dress material from this company named Indiarush. It got delivered on 22nd july 2015 and I placed a return request on 23rd july 2015 and asked for a credit points. . As per the procedure I uploaded the return receipt on the same day. The site is showing the product reached them on 27th july 2015. In between, I have been following up the matter on a daily basis with them. And every time I call, I hear the same template answer; "You will receive the store credit within but till now i didn't received any credit from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
