IndiaRush — No response/no refund/number is always busy | |||||
Hi, My name is Shashwat Luhadia, I have placed an order on www.indiarush.com on 6th May 2016 My order number is:[protected] Product delivered was different than the images shown on the website also the quality was very low and bad. I placed a return request and the product was returned successfully but no refund has been processed till yet. I have all the screen captures of emails exchanged with some AJAY TOMAR from Indiarush. They promised me on 20th June to refund the money back and asked me to provide them with my bank account details but no refund has been processed yet. [protected] this number is mentioned on their site which is always busy and when its not busy, no body picks up the call. I have sent them several emails but they never respond back. I really dont understand, how someone running such enterprise can do like this with their customers?? I need help in making them learn a lesson. Thanks Shashwat Was this information helpful? | |||||
