Indiaspeaks.net — They are not sending my demand draft fom january.

My name is shubham pareek and i am from jaipur and regular user of indiaspeaks they already cheated me when they updated their my all pending rewards are disapprear from the site and now after i reedeem my 1200rs reward as demand draft,

But after 7-8 months still they have not sent me my demand draft i also contacted them on facebook but still no reply, now they are showing it completed but still i have not received any dd.
I am already wrote to them but they are not hearing my voice, i reedeem them in january and its now august.
