But I didn't receive any redemption code. I raised complaints about withdrawal many times on their website.

I also raised a request about change my mobile number from [protected] to [protected]. But this issue also not resolve yet.

I didn't receive any reply or any message from their side.

        I had made two separate redemption requests in the months of August and November last year, i.e. 2022. Despite repeated reminders my rewards have not been processed.
        Honestly, Indiaspeaks have been becoming worse at processing reward requests. I have been doing surveys with them for more than 10 years now, but never faced such a long time between reward requests being processed.

                I made withdrawal request for my reward points on

                1. 16.04.2021 - 700 points
                2. 17.10.2021 - 500 points
                3. 18.06.2022 - 500 points

                But I didn't receive any redemption code. I raised complaints about withdrawal many times on their website.

                I also raised a request about change my mobile number from [protected] to [protected]. But this issue also not resolve yet.

                I didn't receive any reply or any message from their side.

                  Hello indiaspeaks i have raised a redempption request in june till now i havent recieved my money in paytm this is completly not fair you dont have a proper customer care which is nonsense for this company why you are running the company close it

                              Sir I have done survey on 23rd November on online payments app and at last it was displayed that you will get rs 70 for survey in 2 days . Now 2 days have been passed and I am not rewarded yet. Look into the issue

                                    I requested on[protected] for Paytm for 550 points but it's been more than 4 months now ( 120 days now. ) but still there is no sign of reward . i only receive survey completion email but not a single email for reward and about status.You reward system is worst i ever seen on panel yet. because i think it's not automated. Please look into my issue and send me my reward.

                                      I requested for redemption of 500 using NEFT option on 13 May 2021, it has been more than 2 months now but still not credited .I filled in the account details using google form sent by you in june 2021 .

                                      Its more than 3 months now.

                                      If you can't handle and deliver things on time then why do you publish 30-45 days working time to deliver rewards.
