[Resolved]  Indiatimes Shopping — Power Bank Used and defective.

I have sent them the email the day I received the power Bank. I did receive any positive reply. They are not agreeing for an exchange in fact they are insisting me for a repair. Trust me, I do not use any repair product. Why Should I use it? When i had received a defect product. The biggest mistake I did was I had done he payment through net banking, if I would have chosen Cash on delivery I guess they had sent a brand new product.The product contains too many scratches which proves that the Power Bank is a used one. I dont want to use a second hand product and I wont even get it repaired. Either I want an exchange or a refund. thanks.
