Indicash — Amount of 1800rs debited from my account but not dispensed in atm machine

This is G. Kalaiselvi who is maintaining saving account in bank of india. Account number:-([protected]).
I have tried to withdraw amount of 1800rs in indicash atm but it was showing that there is 500rs currency notes available at the time. So again, i cancelled the transaction and withdraw amount of 2000rs. But unexpectedly, first attempt of 1800rs has been debited from my account and amount does not dispensed from the atm machine.
