Yesterday on 6 march 2023 at 6:20 PM I withdrawn 9500 Rs from the indicash Atm in three transactions (4000Rs, 4000Rs and 1500 Rs) but I received 9100Rs. I received one 100 Rs note in place of 500rs note. I am attaching the photo of the 100 Rs note.
Transaction details are given below-

1- ) BOI - Rs 4000 Debited to Ac-XX2563 from ATMID:TAIN0030 ON 06-03-23.
2-) BOI - Rs 4000 Debited to Ac-XX2563 from ATMID:TAIN0030 ON 06-03-23.
3-) BOI - Rs 1500 Debited to Ac-XX2563 from ATMID:TAIN0030 ON 06-03-23.

    I am sending this mail because today when i tried to withdraw money from an atm placed at sadar bazar road infront of motherdairy paharganj all the process completed and in the last it said unable to process transaction failed .I was in urgent need of cash so i left that atm and went to another atm but when there i tried to do transaction it said unsufficient funds but funds was there then i checked bank statement and it showed that 1000rs...

    I visited indicash ATM in H Eachambadi, Harur as I wanted to withdraw money October 20(Amount 2000).the cash doesn't came out from ATM machine.the amount is debited from my bank account but I don't receive any cash from indicash ATM.so please verify cctv and resolve the problem.

I went to the atm for October 20 in H Eachambadi withdraw the amount of 2000. amount is debited the bank account but cash not dispensed.after I have visit the nearest bank.the bank report is you are taken the amount for 2000 so contact with customer care.please verify the CCTV and consider my complaint.             I use my atm in indicash atm near mmmut gorakhpur. Atm id is TAAN6920. I WITHDRAW CASH BUT IT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL . BUT MY BALANCE IS DEDUCTED. PLEASE COOPERATE AND SOLVE THE ISSUE.

              Sir i am RAJASEKAR. R i use a atm to withdraw a money in your atm i enter 200 rupees in atm the money detected notification comes on mobile but atm shows unable to process . I after that i checked my account balance the amount is detected i am in emergency situations so one of the wrost banking.

                  Today around 9.31 am i tried to withdraw 500rs from tolichowki atm of Indicash.atm I'd 40109725 money was debited from account but I got slip of transaction not completed. My account details [protected] kotak Mahindra Bank. I request your team to help me to get credit back amount of RS500 in my account.

                          I went to your indicash ATM. address of your ATM is opposite Bajaj Electronic, kuda kuda road Suryapet. I can draw 200 rupees, but amount didn't come out.In my Axis account 200 credited.please request please return my money and also check machine fault in your indicash ATM.

                                    During withdrawal of 4000/- from indicash atm at panskura puratan Bazar, panskura, purba medinipur, 721139 at time 17:34:09 on 05.03.2022 through ATMXXXX5181 and I received only 3500/-. I want my money back and please check the problem either mechanical or anything in the machine. Thank you.
