Dear Sir,
I have made a lot of complain regarding the transaction issue. I am a new distributor in spice money. for ordering a new items, i have to pay first to the company, then i made a payment on 02/08/2021 at 11:05am, credited to SBI account : [protected], Goregaon, mumbai. Transaction ID:[protected]. debited from the account of: [protected].

when i made a complain regarding the money still not credited to my wallet, the said that they did not find the transaction happening, for this transaction, i have a proof that i made a transaction to the company.

I made a lot of complain, but they ask me to wait, and extended again and again. later, when i made a complain again, they don't want me to respond my mail.

i would like to make a complain and to transfer my money back.

महोदय मैंने आपको सारी डिटेल प्रोवाइड कर दी।
कृपया अपनी फाइनेंस टीम से बात करके आप इसे सॉल्व कीजिए।
10 जून को पैसा आपके बैंक में रिटर्न आ गया है इंडस्लैंड बैंक में उसकी मैंने मैंने आपको मेल फॉरवर्ड कर दी थी।
31 मई को रूम ट्रांसफर हुआ था और आज 20 जुलाई हो चुकी है।
अभी तक कोई सही जवाब नहीं मिल पा रहा।
रॉन्ग अकाउंट डिटेल भी मैंने आपको शेयर कर दी।
राइट अकाउंट डिटेल भी आपको शेयर कर दी।
जिस बैंक से पैसा गया था उस बैंक से रिटर्न आने की का स्क्रीन शूट आपको मैंने स्क्रीनशॉट दे दिया।
महोदय कस्टमर ने मेरे ऊपर एफ आई आर दर्ज करवा दी है।
हाथ जोड़कर से आप से निवेदन है।
कृपया मेरी समस्या को समझे। शीघ्र ही कस्टमर के अकाउंट में फंड ट्रांसफर कर दे।

Today, 05/05/2021 at 12:55 i transfer an amount of Rs 20000 in spice money axis bank account through my axis bank mobile app (imps).In order that the spice money will add this amount in my wallet, but after uploading receipt in spice money (manual upload) option.I received a message that my wallet upload request has been rejected.I asked the customer care he/she said upload the same receipt again, i again upload it but this time i faced a issue -This reference no. Is already exist, i re again ask the customer give me a solution of this issue. They said to me, they have raised my complaint ticket id, my problem will be solved within 2 hr. But yet i have not received any single penny in my spice money wallet. Please it is my request to you, please do something and get my money back in my wallet.
