Indicash — cash not released, but debited to my account

Atm "indicash" near cafe day bomikhal, in front of maa santoshi temple, card no. 5596xxxxxxxx6532, transaction date: 04.12.2018 9:11am, transaction id rk917079, amount rs.2000/-, amount disbursed "zero", amount debited to my account rs.2000/-. I had been complained at my account holding branch twice, but reply got "atm bank has confirmed this transaction as successful".
I am in doubt upon atm "indicash", thinking this is a fraud company.
Can you help to get back my cash.
In front of atm two boards are found one is written boi and other is written indicash. Atm slip was given from indicash. No cctv cam found inside this atm.
This is a fraud atm. Please advise all not to use this atm.
