Indicash — Cash withdraw problem

I have withdrawn an amount of 2000 rs at aswapuram ATM on 20/08/2020. The problem is the amount is deducted from my account but cash didn't come from the ATM. We have waited more than 48 hrs still now we didn't credited that amount. So please solve the problem as soon as possible. We are attaching a mini statement below. Thanking you sir,
