Indicash — machine not given out money but deducted from my account

Dear sir/madam
The atm machine of indicash atm is not working properly.
Atm machine not given out money but deducted from my account.
I have complaint also on my bank website.
They are saying that the money will return in 7 working days.
Now i am in problem because of bad services. Can i get some extra money from them for this inconvenience.
The same problem of many customers but tata indicash is not improving their services.
