With reference to the cited, I T. Srinivas bearing Account No. [protected] with Syndicate Bank (Now Canara Bank), Neredmet Branch, IFSC CODE: CNRB0013439, hereby would like to bring to your notice that I had made a transaction at Indicash ATM located beside Metro Rail Station Dilsukh Nagar adjacent to Dilsukh Nagar Bus Depot bearing ATM ID. NO: TKKS0345 at around 7:30 pm. While the transaction was in progress all of a sudden the power to ATM centre got shut down along with the whole area, I waited at the ATM site more than 30 minutes and the power supply resumed, ATM restarted and was displaying a dialogue “ Temporarily out of service, Sorry of the inconvenience” and the above cited amount has been debited from my account and got SMS to my mobile which is Mobile# [protected]. I informed the Syndicate about the same issue and as well as I am writing to you and forwarding the same to RBI also. Hence I request you to kindly revert my above cited amount to my bank account (Account No. [protected] with Syndicate Bank (Now Canara Bank), Neredmet Branch, IFSC CODE: CNRB0013439), or Google pay Mobile# [protected] at the earliest. Your early action in this regard is highly appreciated.
