Indigo Data Solutions — fraud firm — cheating using online business promises

I was looking for some online part time typing jobs, when i came across this which responded and provided some online forms to be filled up within a pretty short period.

I wasted quite a few sleepless nights to meet the target, and i know i did quite an error-free job. But at the end they declared that about 15% of the work was erroneous. Hence a penalty of around rs. 4000/- is to be paid by me, before they could release my fees.

I tried to argue that you can simply deduct the penalty amount and release the balance to me, but some lady employees started bombarding me with incessant calls, threatening to take legal action as per the contract documents provided to me initially. Their behaviour was so intense and rude (At times) that after sometime i felt exasperated and paid the amount of rs. 4000/- to their sbi account online.

Since then, it has been 1 complete year today that i have not received the money promised by them for the work done.
