Indinet — Continuous issue of internet slow speed.

Hi Team,

I am Divyanshu Shekhar (ID- divyanshu8019, Address: Ward-23, Supaul, Bihar, India, 852131, Mobile: [protected]). I am regular broadband user of Indinet (Pack - 100 Mb UL, Rs. 1100) but I am facing Continuous issue of internet slow speed. I am a Software engineer and high internet speed is my basic need and that is why I took your broadband connection but it never not work properly. Even reporting issues to the agents doesn't work properly, it's a lack of service facility. Kindly look into the matter and take the urgent action. Thank you.

Note: I have attached the screenshot of actual speed, the uploading speed is around Zero (0) and I face issues with uploading work related files. Kindly assign this ticket to an engineer with high priority.
