Indira Gandhi National Open University — Admission fees refund

I have applied for IGNOU Admission cancellation and for refund of fee as I got admission for that programme in other college and apply for refund of fee before (15 days after confirmation of admission) and yet I can't get my refund fee and even I not get a confirmation message for refund of fees and they not even answer our calls we make to a helpline numbers. PLEASE REFUND MY ADMISSION FEE.
