Dear sir
My name is kusum, enrollment no is[protected]. I have completed my pgddm. I have submitted assignment of pgddm on september 2018 but still marks are not updated. I humbly request you to look in the matter and help me by updating my assignment marks in grade card. I went to my study center that is hnbgu where i ask for assignment marks and ignou coordinator whome i submitted my assignment as i have recieving receipt said will be update but is not giving any response. I also called on the assistance number provided by ignou but i dint get proper resoponse i gave all my details but still no action taken and they are also saying result under process.
