Indira Gandhi National Open University — Assignment marks not updated

Hello sir/madam
The final marksheet of the Enrolment number :[protected] has not been received.
The exam was passed in December 2015, in the course of CIG. The Assignment was also submitted on time (2015) to the study centre but the assignment marks have not been updated.
An application was also submitted to fetch the assignment marks in November 2016 to the study centre.

I have mailed and called also a couple of times to IGNOU, but with no satisfactory response or help in this matter

The colleagues who gave their exam with me, have got their final assignment marks.
