Indira Gandhi National Open University — Clashing in exam and sudden change in date sheet

Dear sir/madam,

Please note that i have applied for ignou term end examination june 2017 and i was preapiring as per their date sheet but at the last moment they have changed their date sheet and two of the exams are clashing but when i have gone to regional centre to find any solution regarding this they advice me to give that exam on june. Thats means that my 1 exam fee is straight way donated to bloody ignou fund. What the hell is this going on they are releasing admit card just 5 days before exam and with change in date sheet.
Please take sum action regarding this.
