Indira Gandhi National Open University — Correction of name in b ed program

I am KM . Meenu rani . I have a name correction issue in my B ED program . I have sent two mails to my Regional Center with my 12th or B ED mark sheet, but they are not responding from last one month. When i call to my regional Center they told me to send me a mail but they do not reply of any mail.
