Indira Gandhi National Open University — deduction of amount 8000

I had applied for mapc field and an amount of rupees 8000 has been deducted but the procedure is not completed it is saying to fill the fees again and i got a message saying that the payment has been successfull i request u to please solve my problem
Please look into the matter and help me as early as possible. I will be highly obliged i[censored] do so
