I have completed my bcomaf in june, 2017. I have not received my marksheet till date. Apparently, the delivery attempt was made at my address, but since no one was there to take the package, it has been returned to ignou. I have shifted my location and would like to receive the package at the new location. Please guide me on how to carry out the procedure. I need the marksheet to apply for m.com.
