Indira Gandhi National Open University — Didn't receive fee refund yet

Sir,
I want to say that, I didn't recieve my fee refund yet after I cancelled my MBA admission on 17th of March 2023. They said they will refund it after they received books. They received books, after that they are not even responding to my e-mails, 5 e-mails i did, but there isn't any response. 16000₹ is big amount for us.
Please do some needful action .
