I completed my masters degree in sociology in june 2017. Since then i didn't received any of my certificates including marksheet and provisional certificates, i goes to regional centre more then 50 times which is 55 km away from us. They didn't take care of my problem as it was very urgent for my. Because i hav to apply for phd. Plz help me as soon as possible.
