Indira Gandhi National Open University — exam on same date and time

My enrollment number is A[protected]
My name is Deb Kumar Bhattacharjee and my program is BDP (BSC-III).
My problem is, two subjects exam on same day and same time. So please clarify me how to possible to get two exams at a time. I don't know who programed the exam schedule TEE JUN 2018.
Pl give me a solution because I have paid Rs 120 per subject.
