Indira Gandhi National Open University — Extended course period due to late exam schedule

I was enrolled in the of 2018 for BCA which is 3 years course but still I didn't get a degree. I have been struggling to get a job and help my family because of no graduation because of IGNOU. I see no light for my life in future.
Please take the responsibility if you taken the admission fees and examination fees. Wasted a lot of my precious time.
