Indira Gandhi National Open University — Fee not refunded after cancellation

Sir/madam,

I had applied for the MAAN course dated 6 July, 2022 and cancelled it on dated 12 Aug, 2022 due to some personal reason. They successfully cancelled my admission but they did not refunded my paid amount of 8600(course fee) + 300(registration fee).
I mail them almost daily to refund my paid fee, but they did not even respond any of my email and tried contacting on their helpline number but no one answered it.
They have written on their website that if you cancel the admission before the last date of admission only registration fee will be deducted.
Please help me out so that i can get my refund as soon as possible.
