Indira Gandhi National Open University — Fee refund issue

My self Naga Mohana Rao T. I have taken admission in IGNOU on January 9th 2023 with admission number [protected]. Due to some personal issues i have cancelled my admission on 9th of February 2023. Till now my refund not received. I have visited Hyderabad branch regarding the issue they are behaving irresponsible. And also showing in their portal admission got cancelled and initiated for refund. Till the date i didn't get any refund from IGNOU. I have requested many times in mail but they are responding. Kindly requesting you to please help me on this issue. I made payment of Rs.9800/-. Thank you.
