Indira Gandhi National Open University — Fees successfully paid but university not accepting | |||||
I had the made the payment on 2 April for 2016 convocation and requestEd for degree. The degree was supposed to be given within 2 months. On 23 June when I went to take my degree they said that in our records we don't have your that you have made the payment so either make the payment through DD or visit headoffice we cannot help. They were so rude and helpless and even after marking a mail to concerned division i.e. [protected]@ignou.ac.in there's no help.
