I have given my Mcom 2nd year yet I have not got my Mcom first year certificate. Well I have tried to call ignou helpline number many a times. But no one recv the call. All my classmate got there marksheet except me. The certificate is very important for my life. I am from poor family so i guess whatvis the importance of me to study Its very urgent.
