It's going to be almost 20 days since I had logged my complaint regarding my fee refund, yet I didn't got a single notice or message from their side. It's not just 20 days, but I have waited almost 3 months. Everytime I sent email on their student support account. They would provide me different type of email to logged my complaint over there. But when I called my regional center Srinager, first of all who pointed the workers. They don't know how to talk a person on above they talked so rudely.. and they even cut the my phone call without even finishing my words. Was this information helpful? |
